Todd Smith
As many of you already know, Todd was killed while riding his
motorcycle November 22, 2006.

Pelon shared: Over the past several months, I had the opportunity to get to
know Todd on a very personal basis.  He was an incredible man, full of love,
and so happy with his sobriety.  In the past two years, he cleared parole,
made countless fine new friends also comitted to sobriety, advanced quickly
in his work, reestablished relationships with his estranged family including,
most significantly, his 18 year old daughter.  Todd had a fantastic sense of
humor, he was very smart, and he had a heart of gold.  There wasn't
anything he wouldn't do for his friends, and I would have trusted him with
my life. The one thing I will remember most about Todd was his incredible
smile when riding his bike, when talking about his daughter, and when
cracking wise.  He was like a giant kid; everything that was happening to
him in sobriety filled him with wonder, and he had an incredible thirst to
experience the happiness that had been delayed as the result of his addiction.
He was a joy to know, I truly loved him, and I know I speak for many of
you as well in saying that I will miss him so, so much.

Frenchy shared: This loss is very hard to take right now. He was just
starting to live his life. Living in recovery and making changes for the
better, struggling with life on life's terms but moving forward and making
the progress that we make as addicts and alcoholics. Always ready to
help, to be there, to be a part of my life, the club's and so many of our
brothers and sisters lives

Flash shared: He is funny, quick wit, very generous with his smile, his
friends, his love and our "Pioneer way of life"
